Your first US client loves the proposal. Then their accounts team sends a vendor form, and the box that says "US address" sits there empty. Or you've formed a US company from Toronto, Manchester or Tel Aviv, and the IRS, the US tax agency, is about to send its letters somewhere. Where, exactly?
You don't have to move to get a US business address. You need a real street address, people who receive your mail there, and a way to see that mail from wherever you are. That's what we do, from an office building on Biscayne Boulevard in Miami.
Searched for a "US virtual mailbox"? You're in the right place. Our Address plan is exactly that, and the same address can grow into a full virtual office later without changing your letterhead.
What you get
- A Miami street address: "2125 Biscayne Blvd, Suite 300 #" plus your mailbox number, Miami, FL 33137. It's an office building, not a P.O. box (the small rented box inside a post office).
- Your mail, on your phone: our team receives every letter in the building and posts a photo of each envelope in the app. You decide what happens next: open and scan, forward, hold or shred. Legal and government mail is scanned at no charge.
- Forwarding to your country: send letters on to Canada, the UK or anywhere else we can ship. You pay the carrier's postage and see the full cost before you confirm.
- Form 1583 signed online: USPS, the US Postal Service, requires a short permission form called PS Form 1583 before anyone can receive mail for you. You sign it on a video call with an online notary, included in every plan.
- More on the Business plan: a Miami phone number that rings your own phone, packages for the business, and a service agreement you can show as proof of your business address.
Your company doesn't have to be a US company, either. Form 1583 asks where the business is registered, and a country is a fine answer. So a Canadian corporation, a UK limited company or a Florida LLC (limited liability company, the most common small company in the US) all work the same way.
How it works from abroad
- Pick a plan. You get your address and mailbox number as soon as you pay.
- Fill in Form 1583 and upload two IDs. One is a photo ID, and your foreign passport works. The other proves where you live, like a lease or a home insurance policy. Utility bills and bank statements don't count anymore.
- Sign on a video call. A notary in your own country can't do this one, because USPS wants a notary commissioned in the US. Ours joins you online, from your laptop or phone. Our Form 1583 guide explains the IDs and the rule.
- Start using the address. Once we approve the form, put it on your website, invoices and contracts, and give it to the IRS as your mailing address.
Expecting tax letters? Read how to receive IRS mail while living abroad. Just formed a US company? Our checklist of what to do after forming a Florida LLC puts the address in order with the EIN (your company's US tax number), the bank and the yearly filings.
What it can't do
- It isn't a home. A business address doesn't make you a US resident, and it can't stand in where a form asks where you live.
- It isn't a registered agent. A US company has to name a registered agent, a person or company in its state who accepts lawsuits and legal papers for it. We don't offer that service, so you'll need a separate one. UK readers, watch the words here: your "registered office" back home is the legal address, but in Florida that job belongs to the registered agent.
- Banks and payment platforms decide for themselves. Many want the address where your business actually operates, which for most founders abroad is home or their own office. Mercury, an online business bank, says outright that it doesn't accept virtual addresses as the company address. Ask yours first, and read which address to give your bank, Stripe and others.
- It isn't a shopping address. If you were hoping to have online orders shipped to Miami and sent on to you, that's a parcel forwarding service, and it isn't us.

Why Biscayne Boulevard
2125 Biscayne Blvd sits in Edgewater, on the main boulevard between Downtown and Midtown Miami. People in Miami recognize it, and clients abroad tend to know the name too. And because our own team works in the building, a real person handles your mail and opens the door if you ever come by. See the building and the neighborhood.
Plans start at $39 a month for the address and mail, and that's today's price. Pay yearly and you get 2 months free. Every plan is on the pricing page.
