Questions
Is this a real street address or a P.O. box?
It's a real street address, 2125 Biscayne Blvd, Suite 300, with your own mailbox number (for example #1234). It isn't a P.O. box, the small rented box inside a post office. We accept mail from any carrier, and packages on Business and Executive plans.
What is USPS Form 1583 and why do I need it?
USPS is the US Postal Service. Its rules say any business that receives mail for other people, like us, must keep a signed Form 1583 from each customer. The form has to be notarized, which means a notary (an official witness) checks your ID and watches you sign. You fill it in during signup, upload two IDs and sign on a short video call with an online notary, from any country. The notary is included in every plan.
Can I use the address for my Florida LLC?
Yes, as your mailing address on Sunbiz (the Florida state website where companies are registered) and on other state filings. The principal address is different: Florida asks for the place you actually run the business from, so many founders abroad put their home office there. It can't be your registered agent, though. That's a separate role the state requires: a person or company in Florida that accepts legal papers for your LLC. It isn't included in our plans.
Will my bank accept this address?
Many banks accept a commercial street address for a business account, and Business plans include a service agreement you can show as proof of address. Some banks and payment providers have policies against virtual addresses, so ask yours before you count on it.
How does the Miami phone number work?
Business and Executive include a Miami phone number. Calls to it ring your own phone, wherever you are, for up to 200 minutes a month. If you don't pick up, or after the 200 minutes, callers can leave a voicemail and we email it to you.
Can I use an office or meeting room?
Yes. Members book private offices by the day or month and meeting rooms by the hour, right in the building. Executive plans include 4 meeting room hours a month, and unused hours roll over.
Can I list it on Google Maps?
Google's guidelines generally don't allow virtual offices as a business location. Use the address on your website and documents, but don't create a Maps listing with it.
How do I cancel?
From your account, any time. Service ends at the close of the period you paid for, and your first payment is refundable within 30 days.
